Charles Bell has worked as a computer aided draftsman and designer on a variety of commercial and institutional projects. 2. Sacramento Regional Waste Water Treatment PlantSacramento, CA While with Carissimi Rohrer Architects and Planners I created construction documents for multiple projects at the Sacramento Waste Water Treatment Plant, including control facilities and a co-generation plant.

3. Safeway Grocery Storesnumerous locations in California While with Nadel Architects we remodeled and built numerous Safeway Grocery Stores; locations include Santa Rosa and Sacramento.

4. University of California Davis Medical CenterSacramento, CA While with Dreyfus and Blackford Architects I created construction documents for multiple projects at the University of California Davis Medical Center.

5. Lincoln Plaza BuildingSacramento, CA While with Dreyfus and Blackford Architects I created construction documents for this 6-story, 570,000 square foot thermal mass building. It houses the State of California Public Employees Retirements Services.

6. Capitol SquareSacramento, CA While with Dreyfuss & Blackford I created construction documents for this 24 floor building with 620,000 square feet of floor space.

7. Sacramento International AirportSacramento, CA While with Dreyfuss & Blackford I created construction documents for this airport terminal effectively doubling the size of the existing facilities.

8. Hospitality Hilton Garden InnRoseville, CA While with Ottolini Booth and Associates I created the construction documents for this three-star hotel with business center, conference facilities, gym, spa, pool and restaurant.

9. El Cerrito PlazaEl Cerrito, CA While with Ottolini Booth and Associates we remodeled the entire retail complex including removal of two buildings and designing five others. Some of the retail facilities located at the Plaza include: Pier 1 Imports, Barnes & Noble, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

10. Aircraft Hanger RemodelMcClellan, CA While with Ottolini Booth and Associates I preformed a complete survey of this entire building for existing condition. I also worked on the remodel of the hanger for the California Department of Forestry. This facility was utilized for aircraft repair.

11. Grant Joint Union High SchoolSacramento, CA While with KPI Architects we carried out many renovation plans at this facility. Many of the structures were damaged by termites.

12. The Royal PlazaBoise, ID While with Habitec I created the construction documents for this multi-use building. The first floor is reserved for retail, second floor parking, third through sixth floors condominiums, and the seventh floor for recreational and storage facilities for the residences.

13. Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloonnumerous US locations Orlando, FL Joliet, IL Rockford, IL While with Radix Construction I designed and developed remodel plans for Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon restaurants.
