George Psaledakis has over 30 years of experience in construction project management and construction administration for a variety of project types including biomedical research facilities, public health laboratories, community college buildings, seismic retrofits of historic buildings, airport facilities, K-12 schools, and more. His roles have included project manager for architecture firms, construction engineer for a large construction company, and project manager for an architecture firm. He has managed projects ranging from $3 million to $110 million and brings expertise in code compliance, construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and close-out processes.
