1. Horizon Tech Center San Diego, CA 025400Size: 158,000 Sq. Ft. Site: 11 Acres Completion Date: August 2008 Horizon Tech Center @ Scripps Ranch is a three-building corporate headquarters office campus, located in the Scripps Ranch suburb of San Diego. Horizon Tech Center is a LEED certified project incorporating state-of-the-art strategies for energy efficiency, water conservation, and other
green
technologies. Buildings range in size from 46,000 - 58,000 square feet, and all three have been leased to Lockheed Martin Corporation. The project offers unique amenities including panoramic westerly views. It is set among extensive stands of eucalyptus, and is adjacent to Miramar Lake with five miles of paved bike/jogging trails. Otay Crossing San Diego, CA 254000Size: 320,000 Sq. Ft. Site: 18 acres Completion Date: December 2005 Otay Crossing consists of eight industrial buildings ranging in size from 20,000 to 78,000 square feet. Located on the California-Mexican border, Otay Mesa is California’s largest commercial land border port and one of the busiest commercial land border crossings within the United States. The Otay Mesa area contains amenities such as an airport, large parcels of value-priced industrial land and numerous economic development incentive programs designed to induce companies to locate to the region. The project was successfully sold out within 3 months of completion. Opus Point Corp Center Carlsbad, CA 025400Size: 103,000 Sq. Ft. Site: 9 acres Completion Date: June 2007 Opus Point Corporate Center is situated in the Carlsbad Raceway Business Park, a new 76-acre business community within a few minute drive of the I-5 and Hwy 78 freeways. The office building is just north of the signalized Palomar Airport Road and Melrose Drive intersection. Within a 2-mile radius of the property are several shopping centers, fast food restaurants, hotels, banks, housing communities and schools.
