Urea fertilizer increases the growth of stalks, stems and letters. The urea fertilizer provides dark green color to the plant. Urea is an integral part of the nitrogen leaf green granule or chlorophyll and is useful for plant proteins. TSP, DAP or phosphate accelerates the growth of the first phase of the phosphorus tree of the national fertilizer, participating in the distribution of plants in the ecosystem, helps in the formation and growth of root or roots of trees, timely flowering trees and accelerating fruit maturity. MP fertilizer or potass fertilizer is an integral part of the preparation of chlorophyll of potassium leaves, facilitating the preparation of the sugar and facilitating their physiological movement, supplementing nitrogen function, protecting the plants from insects and diseases, increases drought tolerance, strengthens the plant. Sulfur in gypsum fertilizer helps in the form of nitrogen, taking part in protein preparations, increasing oil production capacity and contributing to the formation of sulfur vitamins and co-enzyme components. Zinc sulfate helps in the preparation of zinc proteins, helps in the functioning of hormones. Boracon boron prevents distortion of fruit and helps in flowering. Thank you.
Today I came up with a fun tip. We use different types of fertilizers in agricultural land. But we do not know what a fertilizer does for crops, even trying to learn. But it is very important to know this for the production of good crops. Briefly explain what the chemical fertilizer works below.

Anaerobic digestion of animal manure has generally been limited to wet digestion where total solids are less than 12%. This has restricted adoption of biogas production primarily to dairy and hog operations, or required substantial water usage to dilute manures with higher solids content. The DRANCO-Farm dry anaerobic digestion technology processes solid manures and other dry crop residues on a continuous basis with solids content in the digester up to 45%.

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

2. INTRODUCTION
• Fertilizers are chemical compounds spread on or worked into soil to increase its
capacity to support plant growth. Fertilizers are food that plants need. It is one of
the three components plants need to grow the others being water and soil. Just as
human beings need different nutritional elements such as proteins, vitamins and
carbohydrates, plants need different nutrients and minerals for healthy growth.
Fertilizers supply these to the plant.
3. INDUSTRIALAPPLICATIONS
• SSP is an excellent source of three plant nutrients. The P component reacts in soil
similarly to other soluble fertilizers. The presence of both P and sulfur (S) in SSP
can be an agronomic advantage where both of these nutrients are deficient. In
agronomic studies where SSP is demonstrated to be superior to other P fertilizers,
it is usually due to the S and/or Ca that it contains.
• Powdered SSP is useful in short duration crops such as Oil Seeds, Pulses and
Vegetables.
• Granulated SSP is effective and useful in long duration crops like Sugarcane,
Wheat & Rice.

10. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Store in cool, dry, well ventilated area, away from moisture, oxidizing agents,
acids and foodstuffs. Ensure product is adequately labelled, protected from
physical damage and sealed when not in use. Do not allow to come into
contact with water, either from rain, condensation or the surface on which
stored. Bagged fertilizer should be stored under cover and out of direct
sunlight. If stored in the open do so for short periods only , and cover with a
tarpaulin. Bulk bags should not be stacked more than two high. Store away
from farm chemicals, eg insecticides, fungicides and herbicides.
11. SAFETY RELATED PROCEDURES
• General information: Do not leave affected persons unattended.
• After inhalation: Supply fresh air; consult doctor in case of complaints.
• After skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly.
If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.
• After eye contact: Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water.
Seek medical treatment.
• After swelling Rinse out mouth and then drink plenty of water.
12. CAPACITY SELECTION
• Total demand in India= 2.913 MMT/year
• Total supply in India= 3.093 MMT/year
• Consumption increased by 8% over previous year
• Production increased by 24% over previous year
• To match the supply and the demand quantities we either have to design
a plant which can equalize the two things.
• So, we will have to decide our plant capacity in between of these two
extremes
• Therefore we have decided our plant capacity as = 500 tones/day.
13. PRODUCTION
• We have been producing the single superphosphate by acidulation of
rock phosphate by sulfuric acid.
14. RAW MATERIALS AND THEIR RESOURCES
• ROCK PHOSPHATE: Rock phosphate is mined in many countries like India, China
,Israel Jordan, Syria, Morocco, Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia and many African & American
countries. The high(30-35% P2O5) grade of natural or beneficiated phosphate rock is
ordinarily specified is suitable for the production. Since the demand is high for the P2O5
content product.
• SULPHURIC ACID: The technical grade Sulfuric acid that is 98.5% pure is suitable for
the process. Dilute sulfuric acid (62-70%H2SO4) is the only other chemical involved.
However spent sulfuric acid from other industries like textiles, Detergent and which is a
waste, can also be used along with the technical grade sulfuric acid in the plants designed
by us.
• FUEL: To dry GSSP any fuel like Furnace Oil, H.S. Diesel, LDO etc. may be used.
• FILLERS: Gypsum, Sand etc.

• The HAZOP process is based on the principle that a team approach to hazard analysis
will identify more problems than when individuals working separately combine results.
• Here in feeder we are using Rock phosphate and suphuric acid and only thing that
• we have to care about is the acid.
Specific Parameters
• Flow – Flow rate is mentioned and If flow rate is not that much it will affect the
• quality of the product.
• Temperature – Here the permissible temperature is 200 degrees and reaction does
• does not reach at this temperature.
• Pressure - Pressure has no role in this process.
• Level –Level is controlled by level controller, if level is increased
• Corrosion - It is noted down and change is done when it is needed.
• Contamination-If a contamination occurs, we have to restart the process again.
