introduction of the new
product or process which will
provide greater value to the
customer.
7. Fruity Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
• 1 sponge cake in
half inch thick
( left-over cake )
• 1 pint of vanilla ice
cream
• Assorted fruits
(fruits usually
available in your
home)
8. Procedure
• First, defrost the ice cream
until it will be softened.
• Next, arrange a layer of
sponge cake at the bottom of
your container.
9. • Then, pour a small amount of the
softened ice cream for filling, add
another layer of cake and scatter
the fruits.
• Lastly, put the remaining cream
mixture and at the top the fruits.
Chill overnight and serve cold.

• Group the class into 3 and have a
presentation of different styles or
techniques how to introduce the
innovative product the fruity ice cream
cake.
