Warm-up Exercise and Why it
is Necessary ?
Warm up exercise is very essential in our
day to day life. Doing warm-up
exercise on a regular basis before the
workout is necessary. This is
because it boosts the rate of the
heartbeat, increase the blood
circulation to the tendons, muscles as
well as ligaments and not only
that, warm-up exercise also builds up
your mental health.
Why warm-up
exercise is necessary?
Warm-up exercise not only helps
in loosening the muscles of the
body but also helps in
maintaining the flexibility of the
joints. It helps in circulating the
fluid movements of the joints as
well as the ligaments. Before
starting regular exercise we need
to do warm-ups for about 5-8
minutes
Balancing the warm-up
If you are doing the warm-up exercise for the first time, then you have to
be very gentle with your body
 Go for a general warm-up exercise which means that you need to start
from a lightweight exercise.
 But if you are one who can do average exercise on a daily basis then you
just need to simply prepare your body for the workout for a short time.
 If you are a light exerciser then you can go for the warm-up exercises
which are of lightweight.
So, these are some of the things which you should keep in mind before
going for a regular warm-up exercise
