Division of work
● Division of work is necessary in big companies
● Optimum use of production equipment should be
done
● Through this work can be divided
Between different person’s
● And also the specialised skill of a person can be
known
● And work can be assigned
According to their specialization
Authority and responsibility
● Power and authority are two sides of a coin
● Power is incomplete without authority
and authority is incomplete without power
● A person should assign the authority by
seeing the efficiency of the employee
● At the same time person should also assign the power
● Before assigning the power one should see the parameters
like knowledge ,specialization

followed to maintain discipline.

easily
● If the discipline is not maintained there should be
punishment so that their remains discipline in company

sharing
Centralization
● One person can not do all the work.
by their own they do not have special-
ization in all the work

employees can get equal chance to show their specialization
Scalar chain

companies and industries
● Work should be equally assigned.
according to their respective level
● Chain of power should be from
Higher administrative officers to bottom level workers
● As a result scalar chain occurs from top to bottom and from
bottom to top

arrangement 2) social arrangement
● As all the things are arranged at
their particular ways
● In same ways employees should be
be placed according to their efficiency.

done according to their suitable space.
Equality

according to their efficiency and specialization
● There should be efforts made to treat people equally
● Behaviour of employee is based on
faithfulness,attitude,uniformity and justice
Stability of personnel
tenure

personnel means employee
● If an employee of the company
is working since very long then
he know everything about the company
● Sometimes the people who have visited to the
company for the first time may feel him/her to be the
Initiative
● A company should allow the employe.
to share their new thought and idea
for the development of the company
● By sharing new ideas company can
grow well
● And employee also becomes happy
and satisfied
● So to take the initiative of employee in the company is
necessary
Esprit de corps
● Esprit de corps means feeling.
of oneness
● Manager and employee should. H
have good bond
● There should be unity in all the.
employees of the company
● By this the goal can be achieved
easily
