9. Leave Policy:
Casual Leave- 15 days yearly with payment.
Maternal leave- An employee will get it twice in
lifetime. 112 days each time.
Sick leave- yearly 14 days. During this period
they will get salary.
Earned leave- Yearly 30 days. If any employee
takes leave for more than 3 days its considered
as earned leave.
Quarantine leave- This leave is for contagious
diseases like chicken pox, eye infection.
10. Salary:
Basic salary starts with Tk.8,000
Highest basic salary amount is Tk. 3,50,000
Firing Method:
There are no such method of firing. But the
employee should get a notice of 1 month
before being fired.
