Statistics is not the truth - it’s a snapshot image of
the real world from a certain perspective
In best case it shows trends
In worst case it’s misinterpreted – claiming to say
things that is only partly true or not true at all.
Solution – Balance. Use different methods and use
qualitative methods too.
For example: Users panels, focus groups, interviews
etc.
