6. Idea 3. An electronic rail pass that you just walk through the barriers and it scans the photograph (using you iris). Less staff needed but there would be more staff required on the admin side. Less delays, the day would flow which means people can get home to their children quicker. More people would travel via train. I have a friend who goes to Afghan to fight for our country and I asked him what would make a difference to him while he’s there and he said “ Letters and parcels with sweets an normal everyday things in, it makes a difference when your there because it shows that people care”. – Jake Bolton.
