What is your specific objective and what you want the audience member to do as a result of the presentation? Answer some basic questions like, Who am I supposed to be as a member of the audience? How familiar am I with the material? Three good reasons why I should agree with recommendations?  Why should I say “No” to recommendation?  How big is the audience? Mantra is -It takes same amount of time to present five ideas on one slide as it does to present one idea on each slide. Focus one point at a time. Answer some basic questions like, Who am I supposed to be as a member of the audience? How familiar am I with the material? Three good reasons why I should agree with recommendations? Why should I say “No” to recommendation? How big is the audience? How much time I have for presentation?
