11. Contingency
A few potential issues that could occur and strike us as a team along the way is some of the team might not bring
the correct equipment or forget it. This can be overcome by the team member going back to the location of
where the equipment is being held and collecting it and bringing it. This may delay the photoshoot by a few
minutes or hours. Another potential issue that could tie in with the first is that personnel may get ill and not be
available for the modelling shoot. To overcome this we will have personnel take Covid-19 tests just to ensure that
the workplace is safe and Covid is not spread. If personnel aren’t available then we could have a temporary worker
fulfil the place of the team member’s role and the shoot could go ahead. If too many personnel are off ill then the
shoot will be delayed and take place when the team are all better at some point before the deadline that the
client has given us. Another potential issue is that during the creation of the magazine we may run into a few
issues with Wi-Fi cutting out maybe. This isn’t a guarantee but again it could still occur and have a toll on people
saving work for the magazine etc. This could delay the work being sent off to the client by a few days whilst we
write up our ideas and explanations again. This can be avoided by the team saving there work every time they
make a change to it just so if they do lose the work by not saving, they won’t lose as much work as not saving at
all.
