Understanding the requirement of employees and how the leader’s
inspires them to follow the right way.
Leading the transition and implement them
Can not expose the behavior of upper management and tarnish the
perception of the employee
People not give right feedback of any task and’ movement they just
want to impress the transformation leader and not tell him right result
