The state shall promote a just and dynamic social that
   will ensure the prosperity and independence of the
    nation and free the people form poverty through
 policies that provide adequate social services, promote
  full employment, a rising standard of living , and an
              improved quality of life for all.

   This is accomplished through policies that

    of health, education, housing, etc..),

   Such society must ensure the prosperity
    and independence of nation and free
    from poverty.
   The goal is to reduced the political and
    economic power of a privileged few by
    equalizing widely differing standards
    and opportunities for advancement and
    to raise the masses of our people from
    their poverty to a qualitative life worthy
    of human dignity.
 The State shall promote social justice in all phases of
  national development.
 This policy mandates the states to promote social
 justice in all phases of national development. In the
 fulfillment of this duty, the state must give preferential
 attention to the welfare of the less fortunate members
 of the community— the poor, the underprivileged,
 those who have a less in life
 The State values the dignity of every human person
 and guarantees full respect for human rights.
 In a democratic state, the individual enjoys
 certain rights which cannot be modified or
 taken way by the lawmaking body. These rights
 are recognized or guaranteed because of the
 belief in the inherent dignity and worth of every
 human person.
 Human dignity is measured by the extent of
 respects for human rights. In pursuit of this
 constitutional policy, it is the duty of the state
 to enact measures and development programs
 that will promote human dignity and protect
 the people from any threat of violence or use
 force or deception for the purpose of
 exploitation.
