The document provides details for a film project, including style choices, storyboards, shot lists, and safety planning. Red and green will be the primary colors used to symbolize danger and nature/safety. Storyboards show shots including a crime scene, character kidnapping, and shooting. Outdoor locations like gardens and woodlands will be used. Contingency plans address issues like equipment failure, weather, and lack of props or actors. Health and safety precautions involve staying hydrated, taking breaks from sitting, and social distancing during the pandemic.

2. Style sheet (Colours)
For my product, I plan to use primarily reds and greens. Red will be used because a
premise of my story is a man escaping from being set up for a crime he didn’t
commit thus symbolizing danger from the blood in the crime scene, in which the
colour will also be carried forward from this situation as the story progresses. In
return, this will create a colourful transition from danger, anger to joy and love as
justice will be served as the character will have passed through his greenhouse time
machine to destroy the false evidence to cover himself.
Though a ’green house’ is a convenient name for my story, as It will be a primary
colour, it is relevant, in meaning, for the undertones of my story’s as, yes it draws
parallels to nature, of that it also links with that of luck and safety. Since in the
storyline the colour will be included in the locations that lead to the magic green
house, I thought this would be a perfect colour to be emphasis and recognized
within the storyline. This colour will be shown most when recording in my garden.
Although there will be fluctuations and transitions between which colours will
dominate the frame, I will attempt to clash the colours in both postproduction and
production as red and green visually complement each other.
Other colours that will be inclusive within my film will be blues and/or greys because
I would love to record in open outdoor areas at different hours of the day, whereby
there’s sky in the background. In the rarer occasion there’s a red sky, I will take
advantage of that also to add to the color palette because it links with the reds yet
can merge with other colours and expand the beauty of the visual experience.
3. Style sheet (Images)
The image of the green house is relevant to the film I will be making because I’ll be
using it as time machine in my story. The time machine will be a important for the
story as the character will need it to clear his name. The size of the green house in this
image is similar to the one in my garden as well as the amount of greenery around it.
I plan to make the green house the key to time travel which makes the character go
through a portal for him to go back in time after eating a plant inside. The portal I will
be creating for my film will have a similar look as the one in the image.
The image of a crime scene is one that links with what I will be producing because
there will be cinematography of the false evidence for the case of the character who
didn’t commit to the crime. The false evidence will be like the image, as I will scatter it
along the ground to create a disturbing vibe for the crime scene. I will use different
props and elements to set up this scene such as a body, fake blood and a weapon.
I plan to record an open sky in the background in a comparable to style to the ones
that I have chosen for this style sheet. Most likely, I will be recording a blueish grey sky
at this time of the year but an orange sky or a bright blue sky could work well. Also I
may record different sky types to convey a certain moods at relevant times of my film.

13. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Heavy Rain Choose a different day with suitable weather and/or do indoor recordings
instead.
Losing battery Head back to change camera or bring portable charger when recording
outside. Use iPhone and switching to 4k resolution may so be needed, unless I
bring an extra battery pack.
Camera stops working
(Technical difficulties)
Like losing battery, switching to iPhone recording might be the best option
when in distant locations. Going to a profession to get the camera fixed would
be the next best thing if they’re readily available during this pandemic, that is.
If the camera can’t be fixed or theirs no one able to be present to fix it then
purchasing a new camera would be the last option.
Not enough actors for
the characters needed
I could portray the other characters in my film using different costumes,
mannerisms, accents, postures and wigs if needed.
Not having the
essential props, I need
or weather
I could create replicas of improvisation to help this issue if I can't find what I
am looking for, or running low for time. With the weather, and more
specifically, the colouration from it, I have concluded that I will be using that to
help set the tone and meaning through them because I’m attempting to
choose a specific colour palette to fit the meaning from them and to adapt to
the fantasy genre. This means that if the weather doesn’t give me what I need
to work with, in raw, I will certainly edit the visuals in post-production to
expand upon their translations within the storyline.
14. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
Dehydration Drink plenty of water and bring water bottle to
outdoor location.
Hunger Eat enough food throughout the day.
Landslides Keeping distance of wet overhangs and slopes.
COVID-19 (Corona virus) Keep distance when passing by people on the street.
Also keeping a 2-metre distance if an actor is involved
for recording.
Trip and slip hazards Clearing the area before introduction takes place.
And minding footing whilst walking to the production
location.
Sitting down for too long Taking breaks, stretching, going for walks and other
exercises (This avoids causing physiological
complications such as equilibrium alterations,
circulation issues, headache, increased blood
pressure and eye strain. And not to mention the
potential for deregulation of mental health)
