Currently managing the IT and Projects verticals at Pradhama Hospitals(600 bed hospital) at
Visakhapatnam.
Managed the Data Center of VCTPL that was sized, built and implemented under my leadership, handled
HSBC Data Center at Vizag catering to the requirements of 3000 users. Well versed with budgeting,
planning and controlling budgets and costs. Undertook tasks like procurement of Infrastructure, planning,
forecasting and maintaining spend trends. Handling migration and capacity management tasks for
migrating business processes to local GSCs Undertook Interco charges projects involving inter office and
inter entity payment and Client to Vendor settlements. Handled all projects to fruition.
Responsible for implementation of Core Banking Solution for ING Vysya Bank across various branches
Andhra Pradesh and also played a pivotal role in rolling over all the clearing centers to Core Banking
platform.
Led teams ranging up to 30 members with ease and accomplished all targets within the stipulated time
frames, SLA and PLAs thereby ensuring uptime of IT Business systems. Led Hardware and Software/
Applications transitions from legacy to updated versions ensuring NIL impact to Business and Operations
teams.

tools like COGNOS to decide upon the impact analysis, leading to resource utilization and deployment in
vulnerable areas. Driving vendors to meet SLA/PLAs and measuring their performances / providing
