claims raised by its dealers throughout the world. Claims are paid based on Assessor’s knowledge and
experience and with reference to few documents like repair procedure, Warranty manual, Parts
catalogue, technical helpline, special approval and market profile. Providing data analytics solutions to
whole aftermarket team.
Responsibilities:
Management Information System (MIS) Reports for Warranty Division, Supply Chain
Management
Adjudicate (Pay/Return/Reject) warranty claims allotted on a daily basis as target.
Adjudicate high value (Engine) claims on request depending on daily currency outflow.
Proactively investigated all unpaid claims. Correcting or appealing them within strict time
