o Issuing & Reviewing Bidder’s Technical specifications with respect to client’s contract.
o Discussions on deviations proposed by bidder and getting final deviation acceptance from client.
o Order placement in consensus with Technical and Quality teams.
o Freezing post order contract with technical specifications, Payment terms, Scope of work &
service, QAPs, dispatch instructions, Mandatory spares list & completion of dispatch, erection &
commissioning dates.
o Placing Service Orders with forecasted Supervision period and fixed Man-hour/day rates.
o Expediting Engineering documents and providing Manufacturing Clearances
o Coordinating Factory Quality inspection with client and internal quality team

2. o Ensuring Factory inspections as per contract and giving MDCC (Dispatch clearance)
o Ensuring proper dispatch documents were made from vendor end

o Ensuring PAC terms and E1 & E2 type sales
