1. Reviewing and checking instrumentation deliverables prepared by subcontractor (RSN, India).

Instrument Schedule, Instrument MTO, I/O Schedule, Junction Box Schedule, Cable Schedule, Alarm
and Trip Schedule, Instrument Support Drawing, Instrument Location Layout Drawings, Instrument

3. Making transmittal for all the instrumentation deliverables checked and approved by head of
department. (Assisting QA/QC as per ISO standards).
4. Familiarized with various standards and specifications such as ISA, IEC, NACE and NFPA.
5. Reviewing comments received from the clients with respect to each deliverable.
6. Coordinating with the subcontractor for producing new comment updated document and clarifying
doubts regarding the comments.
7. Reviewing comment updated document and Comment Response Sheet.
8. Preparing man-hours required for instrumentation deliverables in various proposals with the help of
Piping & Instrument Diagram associated with it.
9. Preparing ATR sheets /technical proposal sheets and method statements for proposals.
10. Follow up with vendors for retrieving Request For Quotation for the submission of proposals.
11. QA/QC audit works such as checking all the transmittals and the signed copy of the deliverable related
to a project.
