Over the course of his career as a church leader and business consultant, Lee McFarland has established himself as a prominent figure in the Christian community. He worked for nearly 15 years as the chief executive officer and founder of Radiant Church, a nationally recognized church that grew very quickly during his tenure to a total attendance of some 6,200 people, in Surprise, Arizona. During his time as an organizational leader with the church, Lee McFarland implemented programs such as the Radiant Kidz Zone (RKZ), a fully-certified preschool that utilizes a faith-based curriculum.
