 Worked as Product Support Engineer-Level 1 and level 2 which involves resolving problems on storage arrays,

 As a part of RCM (remote change management) team which is also known as STAR Group in which the responsibilities are
to monitor Drive Replacement and Hot Spare Removal scripts for CE . We are also responsible for the fieldassistance for CE
in case of script failure issues (Red Boxes), to know the status of Hot Spare, to identify the drives or any other hardware
component’s location which needs to be replaced etc.
 Part of the team which is responsible for handling Platinum/Diamondcustomers. Responsible for SCAN process which
requires complete scan of the storage box. The Scanning includes Drives scan, Directors scan, Memory scan, FRU scan,
complete box scan.
 As an Auditor Performs Auditing of Service Requests on regular basis to maintain Quality of Work through out the Floor
and gives Feedback to upper management to improve the process.
 Also responsible for SYMMCONNECT (Project Life Line) process in which we need to generate a test dial-home for the box
as well as need to make sure that the box is working fine. In case of any issue, we need to investigate it and need to take
proper corrective actions.
 As a senior PSE has to manage shift in the absence of Shift Lead or Team Lead. Besides this, has to perform the work of
Manager on Duty and handle escalation calls.
 As a trainer has to conduct technical training of new joiners. Like conducting trainings (both classroom andon-job) and
