The document proposes a fingerprint identification system to prevent unlicensed driving. A fingerprint scanner would check if the driver's fingerprint matches one stored in the microcontroller. If so, the ignition would start. Otherwise, it would remain idle. An IR sensor would also check for seatbelt use before starting. The system aims to reduce accidents by only allowing licensed and belted drivers to operate vehicles. It uses low-cost hardware and could provide security and reliability for ignition systems.

3.  Driving without license is a major issue in many
countries. Survey says that the accidents
happened mostly by unlicensed drivers.
 So, a new system is proposed i.e., FINGER PRINT
IDENTIFICATION.
 If the finger print stored in the controller &
finger print swiped in the device matches,
he/she can proceed for ignition and otherwise
ignition will not work.

4.  Unlicensed driving is a matter of concern for
several reasons.
 It is possible that drivers who have not
undergone appropriate training and testing
may be deficient in some aspect of
knowledge & skills required to drive safely &
efficiently.
 To avoid this we proposed a new system.

5.  To start a vehicle, one of the most popular
& reliable personal biometric identification
is used ie.,Finger print identification.
 It is used to authenticate whether the driver
is licensed or not.
 If the driver has the license, then only
vehicle start. Otherwise it’s in ideal mode.
 It uses IR sensor to check whether the driver
wear the seat belt or not. The vehicle starts
after wearing the seat belt only.
 The status of the system is displayed on LCD.
