 Desai : My education qualification is M.B.B.S. 
 Q-2. How much time to you in this field ? 
 Desai : I am since 5 years in this field. 
 Q-3. What is your hobbies ? 
 Desai : My hobbies are reading, music and 
travelling different places.
 Q-4. What is your routing time in day ? 
 Desai : I am in hospital from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
sometimes I have night duty. 
 Q-5. Why you have choose this field ? 
 Desai : Because to get blessing of people and 
remove all dieses. Since childhood my 
ambition is being a doctor. 
 Q-6. Any other person is responsible for 
choose this field ? 
 Desai : yes, my parent are responsible for 
choose this field.
 Q-7. What are you doing in daily routing 
time ? : 
 Desai : I check patients and treat them. 
 Q-8. How you teach your students ? 
 Desai : first I observed him/her then check and 
according to symptom and dieses I 
give them medicines and suggest about 
what should you do for being healthy. 
 Q-9. How many struggle you faced to reach 
at this point ? 
 Desai: To reach at this point, I complete my
 Q-10. Now at this time what are you thinking about 
future ? 
 Desai: At this time I think to open my own clinic. 
 Q-11. How you interact with staff members and 
students ? 
 Desai: I interact all the members with equally. I 
think that all people are equal in this world. My 
behavior is fully well for all. 
 Q-12. What is your ultimate goal ? 
 Desai: My ultimate goal is to serve people and open a 
big hospital to treat all patients.
 Q-13. If you get promotion in your job what 
change in your work ? 
 Desai : If I get promotion in my job, I give my 
best efforts to make myself satisfy. 
 Q-14. What are you think about your 
profession? 
 Desai: This field is best field because I 
believe that god gives us one chance to 
treat people.

 Q-16. How many staff members works 
with and under you ? 
 Desai: 3 staff members works with me and 
8 staff member works under me. 
 Q-17. Do you believe in change ? Which 
system you want to change ? 
 Desai: yes, I want to change corruption in 
this country.

 Desai : To aware all people about corruption 
in this country.
 Q-19. Who is your ideal ? 
 Desai: My ideal is Dr. GURUMUKHANI. 
 Q-20. Do you contribute anything for 
society ? 
 Desai: Yes, I do free of medical service, 
arrange medical camp every 
Sunday and help needy person.

 His vision dimension :- 
 Dr. Munnabhai thinks that a doctor 
should not only think about to complete his 
duty as salary point of view, but they really 
wants to give best duty of the given case and 
don’t make corruption.
 His human dimension :- 
 As a doctor he think that he should be 
polite with everyone with whom he has to 
interact. 
 He knows that if he will be strict, people 
around him will feared to do mistake.
 His human concern :- 
 He always try to help of the any people to 
treat them as a doctor. 
 He is making a great effort with helping 
some people in any form. 
 He changed a thing in his duty that not 
only by completing it but took his 
responsibility to surve the people.
