CARRIER EXPERIENCE
• He has big carrier experience of 45 years in his field.
• He is a retired government doctor.
• He till do his duty to cure his patients.
TAKE HIS WORK AS A NEW ESTABLISHMENT
AND VISION
• He believe that if a doctor do his duty in very proper manner that all
the patients can benefited by him. So, this thing establish cure of
patients.
• His vision is that more and more patients can benefited by him.
• So from the starting of his carrier he take his work as a new
establishment of public health.
HARDWORK, REGULARITY AND NONCORRUPT-
qualities to become a successful employ
• According to him this three qualities are most leading quality to
become a successful man.
• He believe that if a man do work hard then he can face any challenge
and if he is regular in his duty then the organization can benefited by
him.
• Also if he is not corrupt then this thing build trust in people.
• And in doctor’s field this things are the most required thing.
CHALLENGES CREATE OPPORTUNITIES
• In his carrier he face many challenges but every time he take it as an
opportunity.
• Because he believe that challenges make man very intelligent in his
field, challenges teach the man to come out from any problem.
• If we focus on challenges then this give us opportunity to become
more successful in his field.
INTERNAL SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT
• If you do any work and it gives you internal happiness and internal
satisfaction then it means that you have done your work with all your
responsibility.
• And if you are responsible then people like you.
• So in society your status is bright and this things give you external
satisfaction as a by-product.
ALWAYS BELIEVE IN PURPOSE VISION AND
OPPORTUNITY VISION
• As per his advise we should have purpose vision because he believe
that his duty is not limited to a government doctor, but willing to go
beyond his duty is more important for him.
• And he always be ready to do any thing to serve his purpose and this
quality always helps organization to achieve its goals.
• In his carrier many types of patients came for their fitness, but he
always take their illness as an opportunity, so this quality develop new
skills in him.
• And also teach to face new challenges.
“STRICTNESS” AND “LET GO MIND”
• When our juniors are not working as per our desire then the
strictness is important because in doctor’s field there should not be
any mistakes. so, strict action with polite manner is important.
• If your seniors are not supporting you then let-go this matter.
• Always work with honesty is important and this thing always attract
your senior towards you.
DEEP CONTRIBUTION
• Give deep contribution to organization.
• Any time you should ready to put full concentration in your work.
‘I CAN DO’ MINDSET
• When there is flood in ‘supedi’ and after this there is unhygienic
condition in this village, he decide to cure the people from cholera
and many other deceases.
• Full day he concern on the patients and this hard work became very
helpful to village people.
• and don’t take fear of failure.
• If you put your all concerntration in your work then nothing is
impossible.
LONG TERM VISION
• According to him health of public is the long term vision.
• He believe that if all the doctors give full contribution then ‘HEALTHY
INDIA VISION’ will successful.
• After all “health is money.”
TRUST OF PEOPLE MAKES FEELING OF
SUCCESS
• Every time if you work with honesty then definitely people trust on
you.
• And this trust make the feeling of success every times.
• So, a person has many experience in his life that makes you a
successful person.
PATIENT IS MY GOD
• He believe that ‘patient is god’ and he treat the patient as he serve
the god.
• He always concern on patient’s economic condition.
• He always treat his patient in very good manner with a less amount of
money.
• He treat poor patient free of cost.
• According to him public health is important.
HIS PROFESSION IS HIS PASSION
• His passion is to become a good doctor.
• He always work with honesty and regularity.
• According to him doctor has more opportunity to serve the people.
• So, according to him to become a doctor is a good phase of life.
• He always advise youngsters to come and join this profession.

  • 2. CARRIER EXPERIENCE • He has big carrier experience of 45 years in his field. • He is a retired government doctor. • He till do his duty to cure his patients.
  • 3. TAKE HIS WORK AS A NEW ESTABLISHMENT AND VISION • He believe that if a doctor do his duty in very proper manner that all the patients can benefited by him. So, this thing establish cure of patients. • His vision is that more and more patients can benefited by him. • So from the starting of his carrier he take his work as a new establishment of public health.

HARDWORK, REGULARITY AND NONCORRUPT- qualities to become a successful employ • According to him this three qualities are most leading quality to become a successful man. • He believe that if a man do work hard then he can face any challenge and if he is regular in his duty then the organization can benefited by him. • Also if he is not corrupt then this thing build trust in people. • And in doctor’s field this things are the most required thing.

CHALLENGES CREATE OPPORTUNITIES • In his carrier he face many challenges but every time he take it as an opportunity. • Because he believe that challenges make man very intelligent in his field, challenges teach the man to come out from any problem. • If we focus on challenges then this give us opportunity to become more successful in his field.

INTERNAL SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT • If you do any work and it gives you internal happiness and internal satisfaction then it means that you have done your work with all your responsibility. • And if you are responsible then people like you. • So in society your status is bright and this things give you external satisfaction as a by-product.

ALWAYS BELIEVE IN PURPOSE VISION AND OPPORTUNITY VISION • As per his advise we should have purpose vision because he believe that his duty is not limited to a government doctor, but willing to go beyond his duty is more important for him. • And he always be ready to do any thing to serve his purpose and this quality always helps organization to achieve its goals. • In his carrier many types of patients came for their fitness, but he always take their illness as an opportunity, so this quality develop new skills in him. • And also teach to face new challenges.
  • 8. “STRICTNESS” AND “LET GO MIND” • When our juniors are not working as per our desire then the strictness is important because in doctor’s field there should not be any mistakes. so, strict action with polite manner is important. • If your seniors are not supporting you then let-go this matter. • Always work with honesty is important and this thing always attract your senior towards you.
  • 9. DEEP CONTRIBUTION • Give deep contribution to organization. • Any time you should ready to put full concentration in your work.
  • 10. ‘I CAN DO’ MINDSET • When there is flood in ‘supedi’ and after this there is unhygienic condition in this village, he decide to cure the people from cholera and many other deceases. • Full day he concern on the patients and this hard work became very helpful to village people. • and don’t take fear of failure. • If you put your all concerntration in your work then nothing is impossible.
  • 11. LONG TERM VISION • According to him health of public is the long term vision. • He believe that if all the doctors give full contribution then ‘HEALTHY INDIA VISION’ will successful. • After all “health is money.”
  • 12. TRUST OF PEOPLE MAKES FEELING OF SUCCESS • Every time if you work with honesty then definitely people trust on you. • And this trust make the feeling of success every times. • So, a person has many experience in his life that makes you a successful person.

PATIENT IS MY GOD • He believe that ‘patient is god’ and he treat the patient as he serve the god. • He always concern on patient’s economic condition. • He always treat his patient in very good manner with a less amount of money. • He treat poor patient free of cost. • According to him public health is important.
