Act or Homestead Law) which states: Every landless citizen,
the head of the family in particular (or his widow, as
amended during the stint of Sen. Legarda) who owns less
than 23 hectares acquired by purchase or inheritance and is
titled, can still avail the FREE LAND FROM THE
GOVERNMENT, out of the still undistributed half or 53% of
the total land area of the country. This is more than 15
million hectares.
• Under CA 141, if you own 24 hectares titled land, you are no
longer classified as “landless,” thus, disqualified to avail the
24-hectare FREE LAND.
• Only those who own 23 hectares titled land or less than that
are classified as “landless” to avail the free land up to 24
hectares.

• If your soil has been poisoned for a long time by chemical fertilizer, pesticides and
recently herbicides, hence, the natural fertilizer makers such as the earthworms and
friendly microbes are now dead,
• And at the same time, to prevent a sudden fall of yield from your chemically sustained
garden or farm, do not immediately shift 100%, that is, do not stop the chemical system
totally and abruptly, unless you have a new layer of organic soil from elsewhere dumped
on your farm.
• Otherwise, take the slow but sure way to transition: Divide your farm or garden into
equal portions, say, 6 parts, and work the shift one part at a time. Rule 1: Nurture the
current part until its organic produce is at par with the chemical produce you have been
used to, then, move to the next and the next, etc. Rule 2: Once a portion has been
organically restored, producing similar or greater yield, never – I say it again: never –
return to chemical, or else your living assistants, namely: the earthworms and microbes,
the makers of true fertilizer and rich topsoil, will die and you have no more giver of
natural organic fertility.
• Patience is the key; Patience is wisdom; Slow is fast.
• Government agents (agriculturists), professing to be pro-organic, err in this and prevent
us from finally having organic system successfully running, by foolishly insisting that we
re-apply from time to time or mix chemical fertilizer on the lot where organic system has
been started. Apply the principle of Luke 9:62: ONCE YOU HAVE PUT YOUR HAND ON
THE PLOW, NEVER LOOK BACK! Remember: You are availing the help of the earthworm,
or for that matter, bees at a later time, etc., who are living things. Do not poison them!

Why has the effort to be finally 100% and permanently
Organic Farming not been successful?
 Government agents (agriculturists), professing to be pro-organic, err in this by
foolishly insisting that we re-apply from time to time or mix chemical fertilizer
on the lot where organic system has been started, and consequently prevent us
from finally having organic system successfully running.
 Remember: By going organic, you are availing the help of the earthworms, or
for that matter, bees at some later time, etc., who are living things. Do not
poison them with chemicals!
 Like human workers, nurture them with love.
 And apply the principle of Luke 9:62: ONCE YOU HAVE PUT YOUR HAND ON
THE PLOW, NEVER LOOK BACK!
 Meaning: Once you have removed chemicals from a lot, never go back to
chemicals!
 If you are afraid of sudden fall of yield, knowing that your soil, left alone, being
dead, is not yet capable of giving you the present yield, then, divide the whole
farm into smaller parts, and do the shift to organic one part at a time.
 Do not proceed to the next part, until the organic yield in the current lot is at
par at the present inorganic yield.

What Students Should Know?
• Dear kids:
• We have a common enemy, not people but dirty energy, namely: fossil fuel or gasoline that powers our engines, factories
and vehicles.
• Fossil Fuel or Gasoline has done the following tremendous harm on us and the environment:
1. SEA POLLUTION/DEATH OF PLANKTONS, ETC. Oil spill spread the oil on the surface of the oceans thin and far and wide, killing
planktons. Result: small fish no longer have enough planktons to eat, small fish die, and when no more small fish, bigger fish have no
more food to eat. Result: Everything in the sea died (Revelation 16:3). This is worsened by liquid industrial wasted from factories or
chemical plant thrown into rivers or shipped into the oceans in shiploads composed of the same fossil fuel and other dangerous toxic
chemicals. In Revelation 8:8 (Bible), Trumpet No. 2 warned us of sea pollution destroying 1/3 of the sea life… and if we did not listen to
stop the irresponsible polluting/poisoning of our seas, the inevitable will happen: “every living thing in the sea died” as foreseen and
predicted in Revelation 16:3. This is the 2nd of the 7 Last Plagues. Fossil fuel is the main cause of Plague No. 2.
2. HURRICANES & TYPHOONS: Huge smoke pile from huge oil refineries, factories plus total of individual vehicle smokes – all of these
smoke displaces, thins and holes the ozone layer – result: excess sun heat boils the Atlantic ocean. Result: hurricanes; boils the Pacific
ocean – result: typhoons. Result: houses, fields, properties and lives damaged and killed
3. OXIDANTS-CANCER FACTORY. Gasoline smoke (hydro-carbons) attack the fresh oxygen (O2) in the lower air , snatch the electrons from
oxygen, leaves the remaining positive oxygen emotionally outbalanced, turning it to oxidants. Thus, GASOLINE CONVERTS THE AIR INTO
CANCER FACTORY.
4. DE-OXYGENATION. Fresh, life-giving oxygen comes from two sources, namely: vegetation (plants and trees) and plankton. Trees, plants
and planktons are being destroyed thru logging, and oil spill, etc. And the remaining oxygen which is now 38% of what it used to be, is
being attacked by gasoline smoke (hydro-carbons) and converted to dangerous, cancer-causing oxygen, named oxidants. There is a
serious and increasing oxygen deficiency going on in our air, waters, body, etc. Some scientists are solving this by injecting oxygen to our
drinking water, but the root cause, fossil fuel, is not being addressed.
5. FRUITS & GRAINS SCARCITY. Scattered gasoline smoke from millions of vehicles spread and blanket the atmosphere. Result: heat from
the Earth cannot escape to outer space. Result: global warming, climate change, weather irregularities> crop failure> famine> poverty>
illnesses. Crop failure means: blanket of gasoline smoke prevent enough gamma rays from the sun. Result: Not enough sunlight means
less fruits/ yield from our fruit trees and grains. Removal of gasoline smoke means abundance in fruits and grains (food)
6. DEATH EXHAUST. Passengers inside the vehicle, including expensive luxury cars are enjoying the comfort inside, but they do not realize
that their fossil fueled vehicle is excreting to the public a number of cancer-causing substances: benzene, lead, etc. Their pleasure is
killing innocent people.

• Add: vermiculture (earthworm). Also eat grass, leaves, no cash for feeds.
• Use the cow’s dung and vermicast to create a robust flower, vegetable and
herbal garden and a crop farm and fruit plantation.
• When there is already a crop (e.g., corn or rice), add chicken in your livestock.
• Enhance your organic fertilizer with chicken dung
• Keep fertilizing your gardens and fields to achieve a spring river flow of the
following: flowers, vegetables, herbs, eggs, milk, meat if you like, crops and
best of all: fruits!
