Editor's Notes

  • #8 Confirmation from SDS data protection team that we would have a basis for capturing the withdrawal information, this has been supported by Scottish Government )although they advised that it would be for SDS and the Colleges to determine and agree this themselves) and the College Data Protection Shared Service have also supported this approach Mode of attendance – these are provided as codes from the colleges and map into CSS – includes - part time, full time Status – attending (A), withdrawn (W) or deceased (D) – as well as Blanks – which is a data quality issue?
  • #9 SDS, SG and the College Data Protection Shared Service are in agreement that this is a legitimate and important addition to the current data sharing activities
