The following collection of works being presented
here have been influenced by my own experience from
the projects done during my study at the Limkokwing
University of Creative Technology, Malaysia, As well
as work experience from Tesco , Decathlon and also
through my private freelance research and
understanding.

5. VISTA VERA
BRIEF:
To design a residential space acquaintance of living
in luxurious apartments in a project. It has a modern
design 3Bhk total of 8 apartments in a 25,000 sq.ft of
total carpet area developed with all the modern
day amenities as well as basic facilities in residential
project. Everynook and corner of the abodes invite
maximum natural sunlight and ample breeze

consultants and vendors during various stages of the project, ensuring the project
sticks to the delivery schedule, being the single point of contact for any design

given information and/or sketch drawings.

6. VILLA DESIGN
BRIEF:
To design a Villa’s exterior and interior that allows maximum natural sunlight and
ample breeze coming into the interiors. This projects most challenging role was to
acquire the best façade possible. The options provided were Flat roof, Slope roof
and inverted roof with best waterproofing system for future green roofing system
insulation. This plan is a design 3Bhk in a 3,500 sq.ft of total carpet area.
Role:
Space planning, Concept look and feel development, handling
presentations with client, selecting finishes, building materials, loose
furniture, collaborating with all consultants and vendors during
various stages of the project, ensuring the project sticks to the
delivery schedule, being the single point of contact for any design
related communication. preparing interior design drawings/

7. RECORDING STUDIO
BRIEF:
After plentyof changes in design and concept, we let
acoustics shape the major part of the studio. The wall
panels are filled with sound absorbing foam and all the
corners are treated with acoustic grade glass wool and
sealed with flexi ply further covered with a thick fabric.
the design is such that the bands which runs along the
length of the wall absorb sound also continues as a
seating bench. Studio is equipped with Xbox and casual
lounge seating to entertain guests. Custom made ceiling
mount bass trap made with pine wood absorbs sound as
well as acts as a lighting element.

9. SANCTION PLAN
DECATHLON HENNUR
BRIEF:
Starting from the feasibility stage we were to design a precast steel structure. Due
to the space constrain we designed a unique stilt structure which is different from
all the other decathlon stores in India. Making this an addition to the company
concept. This store houses a sales area of 2100sqm with a futuristic parking space
from the next 20 years. After getting approvals from the International investment
committee this project opened in 2017 making it a huge success as it evened out
in just 1 year.

12. TESCO EXTRA (STOCKPORT, UK)
BRIEF:
This design stretches right from the S.W.O.T to the physical plan/blueprints of the
building through to a merchandised plan which dictates how the products flow
logically across the store.
Keeping in mind from the entrance access to designing the whole sales area which
includes the food and non food spaces as well as storage , loading/unloading bays
and their access points.
ROLE:
Manage the design and planning of new & existing Tesco stores to deliver the best
shops for customers. Work alongside a variety of teams including architects, structural
engineers, cost managers, development managers and store managers / directors.

13. BRIEF:
To help in designing a functional workspace with markup plan clearly stating all the
required changes in the existing store of Hover in U.K. after gathering all the inputs for
the stake holders, costumers suggestion and also the store manager we would work
on the plan to make it better working layout for the store employees as well as the
customer.
