New development realized in Spain in 2005

This is a project that I realised in 2005,
and I was the designer of the project,
project manager, I calculated the struc-
ture and I did the direction of the work in
progress.
The project is a multi-family block with
eight flats, and the facade is done with
sliding panels, to protect from the west
sun, and like this every user can decide
wether need sun apportation or not,
converting the facade in an interactive
object, always changing its appearence.
The project was finished in 2006.
