- 4. 1Singlefamilyhouse West,LosAngeles,CA A new single family construction projects in Sunset Strip-Hollywood Hills West, Los Angeles, CA, 90046 — 9016 Crescent Drive. The site plan was an important nub, core of this project. I have designed up the existing and proposed site plan sheets exactly as they should be presented for client. Main challenge; There is no room for improvisation as California is VERY finicky about regulations as in part of course due to earthquakes, in part due to the heavy regulatory environment, the hundreds of lawyers living from the fatted cow that is the State of California continuously writing regulations.
- 6. 2RESIDENTIAL TWINHOUSE—OMAN Here is the story: Client called us to design his a twin house in Oman - Almawaleh South. His previous architect had provided him years ago, but the plans were just too big and not functional and practical in such environment. The total max area was 700 sqm, with a small back garden so the maximum area per villa had to be 350 sq. m. The main challenge was the layout plan, which took us the most time. We create a ground floor with an internal garage that leads to an internal access to the villa with a utility room and a stor- age room and also a maids room, it also has an open plan family living + dining room and kitchen. It was a bit hard when it has to have an island in the kitchen. I had to design three bathrooms and this was only for the ground floor, one half bath and one main bathroom and one bathroom for the maids.
- 7. The material I designed was: cement and travertine stone in the end I put metal cladding. Due to the cost for travertine stones we just use that on the nec- essary views which could be seen from the street. The main thing for my costumer was that there was enough space for the garden in the back and a strip on the boundary. He would like it to be simple and modem, and I think I succeed to deliver what he was wishing to have .
- 9. 4StoneHouse AUSTRALIA Single 4 bed stone house with 6 acres with walk in robes, open plan living/dining/kitchen, walk in pantry, rumpus, study nooks, al fresco dining, 1 en suite, 1 bathroom, 1 shower/toilet, attached garage. It was a passive solar house design - design consideration required for passive heating and cooling. (temp ranges from 0C to 40C)

- 13. 6 ABDE Office— LONDON Rustic Style I met my client through a conference call and discussed his project. He had a complete wish list about what he wants and it was very helpful as I listen and understood him completely and could easy convert his dream to reality. I start with a scheme with space planning and then a mood board with furni- ture selection My responsibilities:
- 15. 6 RESTAURANT and POOL 5 star hotel SAUDI ARABIA My responsibilities: I first coordinate with my client to develop a space plan with lighting design fixture, and furniture planning for his review and approval; based on his require- ments. Then upon his approval I prepare a complete set of Millwork Documents ready Then as per his request l provide him a set of architectural and MEP plans which he later get signed and sealed by a licensed architect at onsite. The design documents included: Selection and design of carpentry for built-ins, as well as decorative wood/ stone and metal finishes, including elevations plans, and sections. Selection and design for walls finishes including furniture layout and material. Selection of lighting fixtures.
