Extreme weather impacts the military, with hurricanes significantly damaging North Carolina and Florida bases, and Norfolk Naval Base experiencing “sunny day" flooding. Wildfires driven by climate change are a growing concern for military installations in California, while “black flag” heat days, which prevent troops from training safely, are becoming more frequent. In an international context, climate change can also adversely impact U.S. allies, exacerbate existing global instabilities, and pose new challenges such as the retreating sea ice and permafrost thawing in the Arctic. This is ramping up U.S. geostrategic competition with Russia and China, with the latter country demonstrating a “Polar Silk Road” ambition. In the Indo-Pacific region, rising sea levels threaten Pacific Island nations, many of which house U.S. military bases and facilities, and potentially bring opportunities for China to assert dominance. The positive news is that the DOD is now working to integrate climate risk planning across all elements of the Department in ways that will have an immediate impact. And with the increased use of renewable energy assets, steps are being taken to ensure a future force that is green, climate resilient, and able to maintain target levels of readiness, training, and security cooperation with allies.

CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACTS AND VULNERABILITY: HOW BANGLADESH RESPONSE?
Bangladesh is one of the most vulnerable countries to climate-related hazards such as cyclones and floods, despite its negligible contribution to global warming (less than 0.47% of global emissions). The rise of sea levels by 1-2 feet by the end of the century poses a risk of flooding to 17% of its land area. The frequency and damage caused by natural disasters have increased 4-5 times and 6 times, respectively, since the 1950s. The increasing temperatures and changes in rainfall patterns have reduced crop yields by up to 20% in some areas and caused saltwater intrusion, affecting over 2 million people in coastal areas and reducing access to drinking water. The costs of natural disasters could increase from 0.5% of GDP in 2010 to 2% of GDP by 2050. Scientists predict that 1.5°C of global warming will result in heat waves, changes in seasons and precipitation patterns, affecting flooding and drought occurrences. Climate sensitive agrarian economies of the region will face serious crisis unless the temperature is checked and new technologies, practices and lifestyles are adapted. Climate change adaptation will sustain food security, increase resilience to disaster and climate change, protect and enhance local ecosystems, and enhance human resources, reducing overall vulnerability. To cope with this Bangladesh is taking various actions to address climate change, such as promoting renewable energy, implementing coastal zone management strategies, increasing public transportation, developing alternative livelihood options, and increasing awareness and education. Additionally, they are planting more trees, enhancing disaster risk reduction, encouraging energy-efficient technologies, investing in early warning systems, and collaborating with international organizations.

Climate change is a change in the statistical distribution of weather over periods of time that range from decades to millions of years. It can be a change in the average weather or a change in the distribution of weather events around an average. Climate change may be limited to a specific region, or may occur across the whole Earth. Climate change may be qualified as anthropogenic climate change, more generally known as "global warming" or "anthropogenic global warming”. Climate change has both direct and indirect impacts on fish stocks which are exploited commercially. Direct effects act on physiology and behavior and alter growth, reproductive capacity, mortality and distribution. Indirect effects alter the productivity, structure and composition of the marine ecosystems on which fish depend for food. However, even though the year-on-year rate of anthropogenic climate change may seem slow, this is very rapid compared with previous natural change and the accumulative value produces a significant difference from the "natural" state quite quickly. Climate change impacts such as more frequent and severe floods and droughts will affect the food and water security of many people.
Bangladesh is thought to be one of the most vulnerable countries of the world to climate change and sea level rise (CCSLR). IPCC estimates predict that due to the impact of climate change, sea level in Bangladesh may rise by 14 cm by 2025, 32cm by 2050 and 88 cm by 2100. There are a number of environmental issues and problems that are hindering development of Bangladesh. Salinity is a current problem, which is expected to exacerbate by climate change and sea level rise. Salinity intrusion due to reduction of freshwater flow from upstream, salinization of groundwater and fluctuation of soil salinity are major concern of Bangladesh. Cyclones and tidal surge is adding to the problem. Tidal surge brings in saline water inside the polders in the coastal area. Due to drainage congestion, the area remains waterlogged, increasing the salinity (Abedin, 2010).

Tannery Industry and Environmental Security in Bangladesh A Socio Legal Analysis
The goal of this study is to look at how Bangladeshi tanneries contaminate the environment from a social and legal standpoint, and to suggest some solutions to the problem. Though tannery industry is one of the biggest industries of Bangladesh which has a huge impact on our economy, large amount of tannery wastes dump into the rivers as well as land that have made an inhabitable situation for the living people of those areas. To go through and calculate the probable solution, the authors have studied a lot of literatures, articles, journals, online newspapers and portals, blog writings, academic sites and national and international environmental laws. They have used the qualitative research method and content analysis technique to compile all the data and analyze them properly. In consequences of the study, the authors have found that the wastes of the tannery factories of Bangladesh produce as chrome tanning is most commonly employed in underdeveloped countries due to its cost effectiveness and speed and eject tons of wastes without any purification management and the environmental security of Bangladesh is in grave danger and so, strict implementation of laws and social contributions are needed. CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACTS AND VULNERABILITY: HOW BANGLADESH RESPONSE?
Bangladesh is one of the most vulnerable countries to climate-related hazards such as cyclones and floods, despite its negligible contribution to global warming (less than 0.47% of global emissions). The rise of sea levels by 1-2 feet by the end of the century poses a risk of flooding to 17% of its land area. The frequency and damage caused by natural disasters have increased 4-5 times and 6 times, respectively, since the 1950s. The increasing temperatures and changes in rainfall patterns have reduced crop yields by up to 20% in some areas and caused saltwater intrusion, affecting over 2 million people in coastal areas and reducing access to drinking water. The costs of natural disasters could increase from 0.5% of GDP in 2010 to 2% of GDP by 2050. Scientists predict that 1.5°C of global warming will result in heat waves, changes in seasons and precipitation patterns, affecting flooding and drought occurrences. Climate sensitive agrarian economies of the region will face serious crisis unless the temperature is checked and new technologies, practices and lifestyles are adapted. Climate change adaptation will sustain food security, increase resilience to disaster and climate change, protect and enhance local ecosystems, and enhance human resources, reducing overall vulnerability. To cope with this Bangladesh is taking various actions to address climate change, such as promoting renewable energy, implementing coastal zone management strategies, increasing public transportation, developing alternative livelihood options, and increasing awareness and education. Additionally, they are planting more trees, enhancing disaster risk reduction, encouraging energy-efficient technologies, investing in early warning systems, and collaborating with international organizations.

Climate change is a change in the statistical distribution of weather over periods of time that range from decades to millions of years. It can be a change in the average weather or a change in the distribution of weather events around an average. Climate change may be limited to a specific region, or may occur across the whole Earth. Climate change may be qualified as anthropogenic climate change, more generally known as "global warming" or "anthropogenic global warming”. Climate change has both direct and indirect impacts on fish stocks which are exploited commercially. Direct effects act on physiology and behavior and alter growth, reproductive capacity, mortality and distribution. Indirect effects alter the productivity, structure and composition of the marine ecosystems on which fish depend for food. However, even though the year-on-year rate of anthropogenic climate change may seem slow, this is very rapid compared with previous natural change and the accumulative value produces a significant difference from the "natural" state quite quickly. Climate change impacts such as more frequent and severe floods and droughts will affect the food and water security of many people.
Bangladesh is thought to be one of the most vulnerable countries of the world to climate change and sea level rise (CCSLR). IPCC estimates predict that due to the impact of climate change, sea level in Bangladesh may rise by 14 cm by 2025, 32cm by 2050 and 88 cm by 2100. There are a number of environmental issues and problems that are hindering development of Bangladesh. Salinity is a current problem, which is expected to exacerbate by climate change and sea level rise. Salinity intrusion due to reduction of freshwater flow from upstream, salinization of groundwater and fluctuation of soil salinity are major concern of Bangladesh. Cyclones and tidal surge is adding to the problem. Tidal surge brings in saline water inside the polders in the coastal area. Due to drainage congestion, the area remains waterlogged, increasing the salinity (Abedin, 2010).
Bangladesh in general is highly vulnerable to predicted climate changes that are already occurring and are expected to continue over the next century. Bangladesh is recognized worldwide as one of the most vulnerable to the impact of global warming and climate change.

Tannery Industry and Environmental Security in Bangladesh A Socio Legal Analysis
The goal of this study is to look at how Bangladeshi tanneries contaminate the environment from a social and legal standpoint, and to suggest some solutions to the problem. Though tannery industry is one of the biggest industries of Bangladesh which has a huge impact on our economy, large amount of tannery wastes dump into the rivers as well as land that have made an inhabitable situation for the living people of those areas. To go through and calculate the probable solution, the authors have studied a lot of literatures, articles, journals, online newspapers and portals, blog writings, academic sites and national and international environmental laws. They have used the qualitative research method and content analysis technique to compile all the data and analyze them properly. In consequences of the study, the authors have found that the wastes of the tannery factories of Bangladesh produce as chrome tanning is most commonly employed in underdeveloped countries due to its cost effectiveness and speed and eject tons of wastes without any purification management and the environmental security of Bangladesh is in grave danger and so, strict implementation of laws and social contributions are needed. Globalization refers to increasing global connectivity and interdependence in cultural, political and economic spheres. Some key aspects of globalization include the liberalization of trade, the expansion of multinational corporations and markets, increased population mobility, and the growth of technology and its applications across borders. For Bangladesh, globalization has influenced the economy through the spread of development philosophies promoting reduced state intervention and privatization, as well as through financial policies, international trade and investment, and digital transformation. However, globalization also presents challenges for Bangladesh like unequal competition, issues of sovereignty, and threats like brain drain and terrorism.
Aristotle's theory of revolution
Aristotle studied nearly 158 constitutions and developed a scientific theory of revolution. According to Aristotle, revolution can be a major or minor change in a constitution or government, or a change in ruling power without constitutional change. Revolutions have general causes like psychological motives for profit and honor, and special reasons including social, economic, and external factors. Aristotle analyzed how revolutions occur differently in democratic, oligarchical, aristocratic, and monarchical systems. He proposed methods to resist revolution such as resolving discrimination, reducing injustice, democratic attitudes, education, rule of law, supportive constitutions, decent government-people relations, decentralization of power, and patriotism.
Agro economy in bangladesh

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Low-lying coastal regions, such as Bangladesh, are vulnerable to sea level rise . *Bangladesh, yields from rain-fed agriculture could be reduced to 50 percent by 2020. this will have an adverse effect on food security. *Climate change in Bangladesh is a pressing issue. According to National Geographic Bangladesh is one the most vulnerable nations to the impacts of climate change. *by 2100,2/3percent ice of Himalayan melted down that will rise up 2% Temperature in world *by 2030, South Asia could lose 10 percent of rice yields, while may have experience a 50 percent reduction in crop yield. *According to IPCC,Biodiversity and coastal land will be affected. World Bank indicates that 28% people are died of from environmental disease.
