Although there exist commercial solutions this presentation proves that implementing a home router with Red Hat Linux using standard components and a Pentium II might make sense. It gives the user an unlimited freedom and flexibility.
The first building block is the iptables firewall. Iptables are standard in modern Linux kernels and allow filtering and logging incoming and outgoing traffic.
The HTTP Squid proxy server allows to filter web traffic and locally caching a huge amount of frequently accessed files. Main advantages of a proxy server is to limit internet bandwidth usage, and to speed up web access. Parental control and offensive or dangerous URL blocking becomes very easy. Centrally blocking of advertisements or dangerous downloads is very cost effective and transparent for the browser and the enduser.
The DNS caching server is used by the proxy server and the client PCs on the intranet to translate names to ip addresses. You might also administer your own local machines and configure a DHCP server. Another option could be a Samba disk server. An NTP server can be added for time synchronisation.
We will also show how the system can be monitored and where to investigate (rare) problems. My router is running already for more than 11 months. Its biggest advantage are stability, security, fast and instant internet access, modularity, configurability. Configure security only once on a central server and all your PC's at home are immediately protected.

Dans le cadre de l’actuelle réforme du 3e cycle des études médicales, les collèges d’enseignants de chaque spécialité ont été chargés de proposer à la Commission Nationale de l’Internat et du Post Internat CNIPI un «référentiel métier» et un «référentiel formation». Le référentiel métier de la spécialité de santé publique et médecine sociale a été finalisé en 2010. Le référentiel de formation, qui restait à élaborer, est en cours de rédaction, en collaboration entre les enseignants du CNU,du CUESP et du CIMES et les internes représentés par le CliSP.
Nous vous présentons ici les principales conclusions de ce travail, issu des récentes négociations, et qui devra fournir des repères pour l’internat de santé publique de demain.
La formation des internes de santé publique présente nombre de qualités indéniables, mais souffre également de plusieurs lacunes (cf. bulletin n°19 d'octobre 2012). De plus, la cécessité d'améliorer la visibilité de la spécialité dans le monde médical et au-delà, et de renforcer son positionnement dans les domaines hospitaliers et universitaires, s'accompagnait de l'exigence de souligner la véritable valeur ajoutée de l'internat de santé publique par rapport à d'autres formations.

Le quatrième Séminaire d'Accueil des Nouveaux Internes SANI 2012 a eu lieu les 29 et 30 octobre 2012 à l'hôpital Cochin Faculté de Médecine Paris V.
Dans les semaines qui ont suivi ce séminaire, l'ensemble des nouveaux internes en santé publique ISP de France a été invité par courriel à répondre à un questionnaire en ligne.
L'objet de ce questionnaire était d'évaluer leur appréciation du SANI 2012.
Sur les 76 nouveaux ISP nommés cette année, 50 (65%) ont participé au SANI 2012 et 67 (88%) ont répondu au questionnaire. Parmi les 17 répondants n'ayant pas été présents au SANI 2012, la majorité avait un empêchement.
La motivation principale des participants était d'avoir une idée plus précise du métier de médecin spécialiste de santé publique.
Les autres principales sources de motivations étaient la découverte de nouveaux domaines de la santé publique et la compréhension du déroulement de notre formation.
Le séminaire semble avoir répondu à ces attentes.

Petia Cervera Krupova es una joven artista búlgara postconceptual que trabaja con temas como memoria, subjetividad y archivo. Influenciada por artistas como Alexandr Sokurov, Otolith Group, Ignaci Aballí, Iñaki Bonillas o Harum Farocki, imita patrones que a menudo se repiten en el arte emergente barcelonés, es una mezcla de todo aquello que es visto con buenos ojos por jurados y comisarios, se adapta a las corrientes predominantes del contexto. La introducción de una identidad falsa basada únicamente en la imitación de patrones predominantes ha generado y desvelado ciertos mecanismos por la incomodidad y el desajuste que supone introducir un topo, un secreto, una ilegalidad, un agujero en la propia estructura. Tras este proceso de creación de una identidad ficticia hay una intención de transgredir las normas para analizar el posicionamiento de los distintos agentes relacionados con el contexto, tanto antes como después de conocer los distintos estratos del proyecto.
Mediante la introducción de esta artista ficticia en una institución como es la Sala d'Art Jove, sus autores crean un dispositivo que sirve para reflexionar sobre las normas y lenguajes que construyen el contexto de arte emergente barcelonés: sus similitudes y diferencias respecto a otros contextos, los patrones e influencias que se repiten etc...
