Firstrust Bank hired D+P to help brand its new commercial banking group as it faced increased competition from national banks. D+P positioned Firstrust as a 75-year-old, family-owned business to differentiate it in the market. Through media relations and community partnerships, D+P increased awareness of Firstrust's focus on serving family-owned businesses. D+P also partnered with the local Chamber of Commerce to create an initiative exclusively supporting family businesses called "Family First."
