  • 2.  HUMAN RESOURCE IS THE GREATEST ASSET FOR ANY ORGANISATION;  ORGANISATION NEEDS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, WELL-EDUCATED, EXPERIENCED AND SKILLFUL PEOPLE;  ATTITUDE HAVE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY. ASSUMPTIONS:
  • 3.  REVERSE WORK:  RESPECT THE ASSIGNED WORK;  NOT DUMP INTO SOMEONE AND ABDICATE ALL RESPONSIBILITIES ALTOGETHER;  TREAT WORK AS ASSIGNMENT TO DEVELOP AND GROW OURSELVES;  WORKS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO UNDERSTAND OURSELVES AND OTHERS;  DOING WORK AS A SENSE OF COMPLETENESS AND FULFILMENT.
  • 4.  MAKE WORK FUN:  CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE WORK ITSELF IS FUN;  ALLOWING NEW IDEAS;  ENCOURAGE TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY.  PROVIDE MEANING IN WORK:  WORK NOT JUST BE ABOUT MEETING ORGANISATIONAL GOALS;  PROVIDE MEANING TO INDIVIDUALS AND DEVELOP SELF-CONFIDENCE.
  • 5.  MAKE WORK A TALENT EXPRESSION:  THE CHANCE TO TRANSFORM ONE’S TALENTS INTO SPECTACULAR OUTCOME;  WORK TRULY SERVES AS A CONDUIT TO EXPRESS OUR TALENTS AND THUS ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS.  RECOGNISE OUTSTANDING WORK:  AS MORE DESIRABLE RATHER THAN OBLIGATORY;  IF IT IS MOTIVATONAL, ONE WOULD VIEW WORK MORE POSITIVELY.
