Podcast preparation
- 1. podcast preparation in my podcast i hope to achieve something that will make people smile while also educating people, the purpose of this would be to help advocate the mind charity but also trying to make people smile by giving them something to listen to in the background when they are feeling down or just need something to take their mind off other things. it would also be for entertainment and education since it will be about making people happy but also giving information on the topic. the structure would be in chronological order, for example if i done it on a true crime case i would start off with what happened first and also the order in which things go. from making my practice podcast episode i learned that not everything goes perfectly first try, for example i had to cut out a-lot of bits of things that didn't relate to what i was talking about in the actual podcast. i think my first one was good for my first try since i had never done anything like that before, i think i got the point across of the true crime case well and i made it very easy to listen to. although i found it hard because of having to edit it out I think it was overall good. I also learned how to work with Logic Pro and crop parts of audios out which I don't need. hopefully in my next attempt I will be able to be more confident and know what I'm saying more clearly. I think I need to not rush what I'm saying and plan it ut better this will make it seem more professional I also want to improve my technical skills and learn how to edit things out better. this project would be aimed at teenagers ad young adults interested in true crime. the demographics for my audience would mainly be people from 15-20 mainly female since that is the main gender that is interested in true crime. I would make something hat is easy o listen to in the background. In my podcast I would do each episode about a different case. this would be good because I can add different representation in for example a case about hate crime, this would also spread awareness
