3 Executive Summary
Change is inevitable, to make the change happen smoother it is of enormous assistance to
have managers with project management knowledge.
When doing projects this knowledge can increase the efficiency of the project management
staff.
This course has a focus on communication as this is proven to be one of the leading factors of
project failure. From my 12 year experience on projects, the next biggest factor is motivation
and thus interest. This has a big influence on communication. The course is customised for
your company and should you with we can come to your premises to present the course. The
course fee is R 8888 ex VAT per individual attending.
4 Reasons
Project management is most often a multi department / multi discipline requirement and this
requires a human being who understands the complexity of managing the communication and
workings of the multi-talented people working in the many departments and their contractors.
