This inverted view still confirms to sticking to the plan; is an iron triangle
It is recommended that resource are also fixed (leading to fixed res cost)
SUMMARY
❑ Shift from a "process-based project management" to "principle-based project delivery"
❑ Knowledge areas will not be existing in PMBOK anymore. There will be performance domains.
❑ PMO is planning release PMBOK7th edition Q4, 2021.
❑ PMBOK 7th edition has radical changes and big change from waterfall project management to agile
and holistic project delivery methods.

There will be performance domains. ❑ PMO is planning release PMBOK7th edition Q4, 2021. ❑ PMBOK 7th edition has radical changes and big change from waterfall project management to agile and holistic project delivery methods.
