- PMBOK® Guide and ECO (Exam Content Outline) is updated every 4 years
❖ The World is changing. Project Management approach should be change accordingly in order
effectively handle projects.
- Different approach is being used, i.e Agile, Hybrid etc…
❖ Re-Inforce that PMP exam is not based only on the PMBOK Guide
PMI Founded in 1969 and PMP Certification began in 1984.

- Home based test exam, (HBT) (subject to COVID-19 Pandemic situation).
- Proctor watches on your camera, you can not move
- Exam split into two , each about 2 –hours with 10 min. break
- You can have anything around you
- Some technical issue reported

rather than process and it will be much shorter

❑ PMO is planning release PMBOK7th edition Q4, 2021.
❑ PMBOK 7th edition has radical changes and big change from waterfall project management to agile
and holistic project delivery methods.
