2. Contract Administration & Management: Maintaining sustained coordination among consultants,
contractors and clients. Appointing sub-vendors & sub-contractors for various activities& evaluating their
performance. Valuating & executing (Sub) Contracting Works as well as negotiating, awarding and reviewing
(Sub) Contracts as per contract regimes. Supervising all construction activities including providing technical
inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
Materials Management: Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies /
contingency plans and ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with project requirements. Developing long-
term partnerships with suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service,
