In Bihar, it is estimated that informal workers account for more than 90%. This
number has remained consistent for the past 15 years. The shares of casual and self-
employed workers in Bihar are 32% and 54.45% respectively. In rural areas, most
self-employed workers are petty artisans.
Most of their stories are similar to Rajan.
Talking about other situations..
It takes 200+ years for the materials
to decompose in a landfill. During the
decomposition process, textiles
generate greenhouse methane gas
and leach toxic chemicals and dyes
into the groundwater and our soil.
I need help, I bought my shoes a month back.
They are a size bigger as my size shoes are
either not available or costly. Because of
wearing them, my way of walking has changed.

In Bihar, it is estimated that informal workers account for more than 90%. This number has remained consistent for the past 15 years. The shares of casual and self- employed workers in Bihar are 32% and 54.45% respectively. In rural areas, most self-employed workers are petty artisans. Most of their stories are similar to Rajan.
  • 3. Talking about other situations.. It takes 200+ years for the materials to decompose in a landfill. During the decomposition process, textiles generate greenhouse methane gas and leach toxic chemicals and dyes into the groundwater and our soil. I need help, I bought my shoes a month back. They are a size bigger as my size shoes are either not available or costly. Because of wearing them, my way of walking has changed. A large proportion of the population wear incorrectly sized footwear, which is associated with foot pain and foot disorders.
