1. I like this image as it manages to
show off the model’s clothing as
well as the theme of the fashion
spread. I also like the backdrop
of this image as the trees can be
seen more clearly and they are
in focus. However I chose not to
use this image as it isn't
completely in focus and I do not
like the expression of the model.

2. I like this image as it is different
to the other photographs I took,
I feel that this picture shows the
theme clearly and also makes
use of the rule of thirds
effectively. However I chose not
to use this photo as it is out of
focus.

3. I like this image as the background
clearly shows the
outdoor/photography theme. I also
like it because it makes good use of
the rule of thirds. Another reason I
like this image is because there are
multiple layers of the background,
the trees above the model and the
grass behind him, both clearly
displaying the outdoor theme.
However I chose not to use it as it
doesn’t show off the model’s outfit
as well as I feel a fashion spread
should.

4. I like this photo as there are
numerous different colours featured
in the image, this makes it visually
interesting and appealing to the
audience. The background shows
the outdoors theme as the model is
surrounded by tall grass and nature.
However I chose not to use this
image as the lighting doesn’t show
off the model’s outfit very well.

5. I chose to use this image I felt
the rule of thirds could be
edited into the final product
through the use of cropping in
Photoshop. I also feel that this
image manages to show the
outdoor theme well and
manages to show off the outfit
also.
