George Roberts outlines plans for the first four covers of his new skateboarding magazine titled "Lit". Each cover will feature either a male or female model skating and wearing popular skate brands at iconic skatepark locations. Cover 1 will be shot at Victoria Skatepark and feature a model in Supreme, Tommy Hilfiger, and Vans. Cover 2 switches to a female model at an unnamed skatepark in Ralph Lauren, Adidas, and Vans. Cover 3 returns to a male model at Ramp 1 skatepark in Palace, Supreme, and Black Sheep attire. Cover 4 concludes with a female model seemingly grinding a rail at Victoria skatepark in Etnies, jeans, Nike

2. Magazine title
The title for my magazine is ‘Lit’. This is because it will feature the
hottest trends in the Skating world and Skating Fashion. Lit is also a
word which essentially means ‘Great’ or ‘Awesome’. It is used by many
skaters, so it is relatable for the audience.
The theme throughout each cover is skateboarding and this will be
supported by the locations, clothing and props in each cover.

3. Magazine Cover 1
• The first cover will feature a male model.
• The costume for this cover will feature: a Supreme 5-Panel, Tommy Hilfiger Polo,
Black Jeans and Vans. This is all popular skate clothing worn by many skaters, so
when they see the model on the cover it will entice them to buy the magazine.
• The location will be Victoria Skatepark because it has potential for many cool
shots and it will make the background look interesting with all the graffiti which is
on the ramps. This location also allows for the model to be doing a trick on a
skateboard which will appeal to the target audience.

Supreme.

4. Magazine Cover 2
• The second magazine cover will feature a female model.
• The clothing which the model will be wearing will be: a Ralph Lauren
Polo, Vintage Adidas jacket, Blue ripped jeans and vans. This is all
skate clothing which will appeal to the target audience.
• The location for this image will be a skatepark. This will appeal to the
target audience because there is no doubt that they will have been to
a similar skatepark at least once.
Cover lines: Skate Fashion Tips, Top 5 Parks, Steezy, Primo Prize, Stoke
the fire.

5. Magazine Cover 3
• This cover will feature a male model wearing a surplus of skate
clothing, including: Palace, Supreme, Vans and Black Sheep. This will
appeal to the target audience because they will like the clothing.
• The location for this cover will be Ramp 1 skatepark and will have the
model dropping in a ramp. The time of day will be in the day with the
sun shining, this will offer natural lighting for the image.
Cover lines: Top 5 Decks, Palace, Board Conditioning, Winter Riding,
Ride or Die.

6. Magazine Cover 4
• This cover will have a female model seemingly doing a grind on a rail,
this will offer a good image which fits the connotations desired.
• The clothing for this image will be: Etnies Hoodie, Black Jeans, Nike SB
5-Panel and Vans.
• The location for this image will be Victoria skatepark in Warrington.
• I will take this picture in the day, hopefully when it sunny because this
will provide the natural lighting which will help with the image’s
quality
