Stress is not a psychiatric diagnosis, but
it's closely related to your mental health as:
• Stress can be the cause of
mental health problems and
make existing problems
worse.
• Stress can impact on how
you feel Physically.
Stress can cause the following:
• Feelings of fear, anger, sadness, worry,
numbness, or frustration
• Changes in appetite, energy, desires, and
interests
• Difficulty concentrating and making decisions
• Nightmares or sleeping problems
• Physical reactions
• Worsening of Chronic health problems and

•Eyebrow point – bladder and stomach

•Side of eye point – triple warmer meridian,

•Under the eye point – stomach meridian
•Under nose point – governing meridian,
large intestine meridian
•Chin point – central or conception meridian,
stomach meridian
•Collarbone point – kidney meridian
•Under arm point – spleen meridian
•Top of head – governing meridian
