Early life stress
• Early life experiences play a pivotal role in shaping
personality and psychosocial functioning into
adulthood.
• For example, early life adversity in humans is
associated with increased risk of developing mental
illnesses such as depression and anxiety
• Memory and emotion both govern so much of how
we feel, think, and act – and ultimately can decide
the maladaptive motivations that drive mental
disorders. Brain changes that are normally involved
in our development from infancy through
adolescence and into maturation contribute
enormously to the onset, progression, and treatment
of mental disorders such as anxiety and addiction
• Much of what I do involves reprogramming the subconscious mind in a
way where it serves people more positively when trying to achieve a
certain goal.
• E.G let's assume that you wanted to quit smoking but struggled with i
no matter how hard you tried.
• You know that smoking is bad for you and you have made a conscious
decision to stop but continued to smoke as if it has some sort of a hold
over you.

• And the result is that you consciously try to gain control over a certain
