Broadly speaking, this report was collected on the basis of available data from the specific field of study, and was analyzed-cum-presented systematically that followed the scientific research method.
The first chapter entitled 'Introduction' part was the description about the study that answered about the questions of general background, area, fields, objectives, and limitations of the entire report during study.
The second chapter entitled 'Organizational Profile' supported the ideas about the company- NT. This chapter belonged to the information about the general background of the company, history of the organization, mission, vision, and objectives of the organization, its products and services, etc. in a specific sense.
The third chapter entitled 'Research Methodology' provided the information about how the report was prepared relating to data. The research & plan design, data collection procedures, data analysis plan and, data analysis tools etc. was included as the general subject matter under this heading of chapter.
The chapter four supported all about the information of the title of the report. The collected data was represented systematically with its diagrams to make clearer the readers. Basically with the help of Liquidity Ratios, Debt Management Ratios, to past trend analysis of financial condition with major financial indicators of five years, and also to make even clear financial ratio analysis with quarterly based analysis of data suggest the report would perform its broad objective efficiently. Another section of SWOT analysis was about the major competitors' analysis of the market and mainly about the market conditions to the present situation. The financial statements and their respective ratio analysis was the essence part of this section.
The last one chapter entitled 'Findings and Recommendation' was about the major findings from the study of report preparation; conclusion of the entire report and the recommendation as per conclusion supported the ideas to be followed by the finance department management team of the company- NT in order to be succeed in its ultimate vision cum meeting the objectives with greater success.

Pakistan is learning from the Sri Lankan economic situation and tending to improve its economy but the extreme political instability is hurdling and exacerbating the economic crisis. However, policies are underway to counter the economic crisis and more probably Pakistan will escape the Sri Lankan experience.
The notion that the Bottom of the Pyramid (BOP) consumers is a segment that is not important for the long-term viability of most of the businesses is no more classified as ‘accepted wisdom’. There is a shift in thinking of MNCs which now are considering BOP consumers as a potential source of revenues as well as drivers of innovation. Targeting the subsistence marketplaces poses various challenges for MNCs, but has favourable outcomes for BOP participants, economy and business organizations. This paper identifies the challenges of launching products targeting BOP markets in India and discusses the implications for consumers, national economy, and companies targeting BOP consumers.

It also has instilled various research making techniques in the budding geographers and shaping their thinking perspectives. The field surveys facilitate the collection of local level information that is not available through secondary sources.
In this report, various methodologies have been employed such as mapping, digitization, measurement and interviewing (questionnaires designing), the collection and gathering of information at the local level by conducting primary surveys and later, tabulating and computing them is an important part of the field survey.
Furthermore, the field study report has been prepared in concise form alongside with maps and diagrams for giving visual impressions. Moreover, it contains all the details of the procedures followed, methods, tools and techniques employed and the modern technology of navigation, satellite connections, GIS software have been very helpful in the pre-field drills.

Partnership Act, 1964
• If two or more person want to establish a firm to initiate
business, partnership firm can be registered.
• Firm can be registered under Department of Commerce
(in Kathmandu valley) and Office of the Cottage and
Small Industries ( in outside the valley ) with the
recommendation letter of Chambers of Commerce.
• Tax law is applicable and the firm should be renewed
each five years where the firm has been registered.
42. Private Firm Registration Act, 1958 (2014)
• Recommendation letter is required from the Chambers of
Commerce or District branch of FNCCI to register the Private
Firm.
• The license is issued for five years and should be renewed
after that period.
• Trading business are registered under this act.

Nepal.
These are classified in two category – Metal and Non Metal
Right to extraction of mineral product is with government. Permission can be
given to the private company as per their qualification and previous experience.
License shall be issued for a year and can be renewed. Government can cancel the
license if found the licensee doesn't work as per the law.
