This document discusses a personal learning network (PLN) that teachers can use to continue learning outside of formal professional development. It provides examples of tools that can be part of a PLN, including social media like Twitter and Facebook, communicating with other teachers, blogs, videos, and document storage services. The author explains that they currently learn best from interacting with peers and hands-on classroom experience, and plans to incorporate more social media and blogging into their PLN in the future.
Both low pay and social mobility are recognised as serious concerns in Britain but much less attention has been given to how easy or hard it is for someone to work their way up the earnings scale. Who gets stuck on low pay and who gets on?

Domestic Demand, Import Demand & Export Demand for Passenger Automobiles in I...vivekmsk29
The current deepening Euro crises, 2013 - 2015
sluggish global economic growth, high
national debt, poor productivity,
inefficient government and high
unemployment rates will cast shadow
on the domestic demand and import
demand of passenger cars however
Italy’s competitive advantage in high
end luxury cars will increase export
demand as the world economy is set to

How to use Social Media in the ClassroomAdam Voyton
Learn how to incorporate social media tools into learning activities. When used properly, social media tools can boost student engagement, link students to content experts, find online classroom lessons, and help students to establish an online body of work/establish their brand.
This is an easy to use guide for educators and students for incorporating Twitter into the learning experience. This guide uses real world case studies and examples. Tweet me @WahibaChair and let me know how you are using Twitter in your class.

2. What is a Personal Learning
Network(PLN)?
This is what you as a teacher use to learn apart from
professional development classes, in your own
personal time.
Some examples could be:
Twitter
Facebook
A teacher friend
Blogs
RSS feeds and more.
3. Interaction with Peers and other
teachers
I find that I learn best from talking with other teachers
and asking them about their views on education.
I learn by sharing ideas with fellow teachers and
collaborating different teaching ideas.
4. Twitter
I currently do not use twitter but I think that I could
benefit greatly by subscribing to other teachers twitter
feeds because I spend a lot of time on the internet.

5. Professional Experience
The practical experience that I obtain as a teacher
would be a huge source of learning for me. I learn
heaps from having hands on experience in the
classroom.
Even receiving constructive criticism, helps me a lot to
grow as a teacher.
6. Facebook
By subscribing to a teachers feed on Facebook, I could
learn about new techniques and find resources which
show up on my newsfeed.
Because I check Facebook every day, this would be one
of the most effective learning tools for my PLN.

7. YouTube
This is a massive resource that I currently use for my
teaching.
I have used a massive amount of YouTube videos and I
believe they are very engaging for students and can be
a great learning tool.

8. Tumblr
Tumblr is also a great blogging website, which I believe
I could gather a lot of teaching information from.
I do not currently have a Tumblr account but I plan to
get one in the future.

9. Reflective Blog
I have never used a blog but I think a reflective
teaching blog could be an effective tool for my own
professional development as a teacher.
Even a website like tumblr. could be effective as a
reflective blog website.
10. Dropbox
I could also use dropbox to store all my teaching
resources, to make sure that they are never lost.
