People have more free time on Sunday, so they can look
at blogger to have some fun during the day.

 If I can do that again, I will make my vlog more interesting. I
will add more virtual thing to make my video more attractive.

 Lastly, do you think that you will keep up a blog after the end of
class ? Why or why not? How might you use the blogging strategy
in the future?
 I think I will keep up my blogger for personal use at the end of
class. I think blog is a good media to share your thoughts with
other people. It is also a good access for people to know more
about you. I will organize my blog and make it more attractive. I
will put some pictures in the blog because I find out people are
more likely to read your blog if you have a nice picture,

Facebook is a good social media to connect with people near you. It is a good
platform to market yourself.
Perception change about Facebook?
I did not use Facebook for 6 years since I registered for it. Now, I am more
familiar with Facebook. I think It is a good tool to make connection with
friends in the US.
How effective do you think this tool is? How might you use it in the future?
Facebook is a useful tool. I can see a lot of companies use Facebook to do
marketing. I will post more pictures about myself because I consider it as a
private space.
How many friends do you have? Brands you follow?
I have 134 friends. I followed a UCR housing sublets and roommates group.

What have you learned aboutTwitter?
I did not have aTwitter account before the class. I think it is the new
trend of social media.Twitter is very popular in the US.
Will you continue to use?
Yes. I can follow a lot of people that I am interested in onTwitter.
Who do you follow and why?
I am followingTravis Scott because he is my favorite hip pop singer.
I also follow theTim cook because he is the CEO of apple. I want to
know what he is focusing on.
I follow DonaldTrump. He is known as a tweet president.

 What is the strengths and weaknesses ofTwitter
Strengths:
Extremely viral and real time in nature
The reach is huge
Engagement with other users is high.
Highly preferred by organizations for business or publicity purpose
Weaknesses:
Limited to 140 characters
Unable to innovate to offer newer features
Unequal distribution of tweets. 90% of tweets are coming from the
top 10% of the users.

Were you already using LinkedIn before the class?
No, I don’t have LinkedIn before the class. I learn that LinkedIn is a
media for your professional career. People want to establish
personal brands on LinkedIn.
How can you use the tool to leverage and build your personal
brand?
I will post information that is related to my professional career.Also,
I will connect with people who is related in my professional area and
see what they are doing.
Which group do you belong to?
I belong to business management and marketing groups. I want to
establish a professional business image on LinkedIn.

Yes, I will use LinkedIn to connect with others.

 What is the biggest take-aways from the class?
Before taking the class, I know little aboutTwitter, bloggers and
LinkedIn.After taking the class, I can easily switch between
different social media. I understand the different targets and
focuses of social media
 Why might this be valuable to you in the future?
In the future, I will use social media marketing strategically. For
example, I know LinkedIn is a good media to market your
professional personal brand. Facebook andTwitter are the
platforms to reach the most audience.

thoughts
 How could you utilize these tools for your business?
Right now, I am running my business. I only have a Facebook
account for my business. I am thinking about opening aTwitter
account andYouTube channel for my business. I can connect all the
social media account together to market my business.
 Which ones do you think you will use versus which ones do you not
care for?
I am more likely to useTwitter in the future because I can find a lot
of interesting information on twitter. I might not care for Blogger. I
think the format of Blogger is a little outdated.

  • 5. Blogger  Final Posts: 8 posts  Total comments: 12 comments  More comments or views on certain day:  Most views post: Sunday  Why do you think that is? People have more free time on Sunday, so they can look at blogger to have some fun during the day.
  • 6. Vlog  How many views? 15views  What would u do differently? How to improve?  If I can do that again, I will make my vlog more interesting. I will add more virtual thing to make my video more attractive.
  • 7. Blogger  Lastly, do you think that you will keep up a blog after the end of class ? Why or why not? How might you use the blogging strategy in the future?  I think I will keep up my blogger for personal use at the end of class. I think blog is a good media to share your thoughts with other people. It is also a good access for people to know more about you. I will organize my blog and make it more attractive. I will put some pictures in the blog because I find out people are more likely to read your blog if you have a nice picture,
  • 9. Facebook What did you learn about Facebook? Facebook is a good social media to connect with people near you. It is a good platform to market yourself. Perception change about Facebook? I did not use Facebook for 6 years since I registered for it. Now, I am more familiar with Facebook. I think It is a good tool to make connection with friends in the US. How effective do you think this tool is? How might you use it in the future? Facebook is a useful tool. I can see a lot of companies use Facebook to do marketing. I will post more pictures about myself because I consider it as a private space. How many friends do you have? Brands you follow? I have 134 friends. I followed a UCR housing sublets and roommates group.
  • 11. Twitter What have you learned aboutTwitter? I did not have aTwitter account before the class. I think it is the new trend of social media.Twitter is very popular in the US. Will you continue to use? Yes. I can follow a lot of people that I am interested in onTwitter. Who do you follow and why? I am followingTravis Scott because he is my favorite hip pop singer. I also follow theTim cook because he is the CEO of apple. I want to know what he is focusing on. I follow DonaldTrump. He is known as a tweet president.
  • 12. Twitter  What is the strengths and weaknesses ofTwitter Strengths: Extremely viral and real time in nature The reach is huge Engagement with other users is high. Highly preferred by organizations for business or publicity purpose Weaknesses: Limited to 140 characters Unable to innovate to offer newer features Unequal distribution of tweets. 90% of tweets are coming from the top 10% of the users.
  • 13. LinkedIn Were you already using LinkedIn before the class? No, I don’t have LinkedIn before the class. I learn that LinkedIn is a media for your professional career. People want to establish personal brands on LinkedIn. How can you use the tool to leverage and build your personal brand? I will post information that is related to my professional career.Also, I will connect with people who is related in my professional area and see what they are doing. Which group do you belong to? I belong to business management and marketing groups. I want to establish a professional business image on LinkedIn. Will you continue to follow? Yes, I will use LinkedIn to connect with others.

Before taking the class, I know little aboutTwitter, bloggers and LinkedIn.After taking the class, I can easily switch between different social media. I understand the different targets and focuses of social media  Why might this be valuable to you in the future? In the future, I will use social media marketing strategically. For example, I know LinkedIn is a good media to market your professional personal brand. Facebook andTwitter are the platforms to reach the most audience.
  • 15. Closing thoughts  How could you utilize these tools for your business? Right now, I am running my business. I only have a Facebook account for my business. I am thinking about opening aTwitter account andYouTube channel for my business. I can connect all the social media account together to market my business.  Which ones do you think you will use versus which ones do you not care for? I am more likely to useTwitter in the future because I can find a lot of interesting information on twitter. I might not care for Blogger. I think the format of Blogger is a little outdated.
