  TO SERVE TO HIS CUSTOMERS. HE
  SUCCEEDED BEYOND ALL
  EXPECTATIONS, INVENTING THE

• For a youth
  oriented band,
  there is a steady
  decline in the
  search and
  interest.
• The website looks
  more like a
  washing powder
  creating lather

Steps to be implemented
• Website needs to be graphically better.
• An Advertising Campaign with a new
  tagline bringing the buzz back for the new
  product to be launched, the zero calorie
  drink. To go from a fat ass to a that ass!!! Follow

• Strike a chord with the masses,
  bringing back the memory of pepsi
  candies from childhood days.
Social Media
• In India, Pepsi has already benefited from
  the association with the cricket team and
  MTV.
• Next steps:
  – Update anecdotes from over the years
  – Develop applications for the cellphone
    platforms, iPhone, Android and Blackberry
  – Get a music piece associated with Pepsi.
