Living things
lLiving things are organism that
born, grow, reproduce, and die.
THE FIVE KINGDOMS
The scientists identified
nearly two million of Earth’s
species.They can classify in
five kingdoms : animals,
plants, fungi, bacteria and
algae and protista.
Animals
• Animals are multicellular living things
that feed on other living things.
• Most animals move to forage for food,
to find shelter or to ecape predators.
Plants
• Plants are multicellular living
thing that make their own food.
• They cannot move because their
roots are fixed to the ground.
Fungi
• Fungi can be unicellular and
muticellular.
• Fungi do not have tissues or
organs.
• They cannot move.
• Eat other living things.
Bacteria
• Are unicellular living things. Are the
simplest organism on the Earth.
• They can eat other living things or
make there own food.
Algae
•Algae can be unicellular or
multicelluler.
•They make there own food.
