Financial Stability – especially in a time of economic challenges, clients need to be with staffing firms that are
financially stable. PDS has one of the strongest balance sheets in the industry. This has resulted from having the
tightest credit policy in the staffing industry, a lean management staff (two officers in the entire company) and
disciplined financial management.
Recruiting Engine – we ensure that at least 50% of our staff
consists of recruiters. We provide them with world class SAS 70
certified tools and training. Also because of our near 32 years of
experience, our recruiting staff has the most telecommunication
experience in the industry.
