This personal development plan outlines the author's goals over the next two years which include: gaining a commercial drone license within 6 months; completing bronze steadicam qualification within 3 months; directing a short film by September 2018; setting up a production company by September 2018; and completing their university degree with at least a 2.1 by September 2018. The author has identified the resources and support available at their university to help achieve these goals which include online courses, instructors, equipment, libraries and other students.

Direct a short film
between 10 and 30
minutes in length
and enter it in to a
film festival
SAE Oxford is a media
university therefor it will
have lots of student,
staff and equipment.
Nearer the end of my course
at SAE Oxford I would like to
direct a short film with other
people in my University. Other
people are much better at
different things, for example
some are much better at
writing than me. Therefor by
working with them I want to
create a short film god enough
for a film festival by the end of
summer 2018.

strait from university to work.

going to put my best effort into
leaving SAE with the best

shining portfolio of work from
my time at SAE.
