  education by teaching healthy and active lifestyle
  choices. By including PDHPE as a Key Learning
  Area of the primary school curriculum via the
  education in areas such as welfare, people’s rights
  and dignity, social justice and diversity in a
  supportive environment benefits of positive personal
  relationships, improved quality of life and less illness
  result.

By including this in the curriculum at an early level
   students can establish a lifestyle within the context of
   their family and community which promotes
   achievement and mental, physical, social
   and spiritual wellbeing
